Gold Star Membership

At Advanced Aviation Reno, Inc, we like to reward our loyal customers. To do so, we have put into place our own discount membership program. For $100 per year, you will receive discounts on aircraft rentals, instructor fees, and pilot shop items. The membership fee is recouped if you receive only 5 hours of dual instruction. For frequent fliers, you just can't beat this membership! Anywhere you see this star , the gold star rate is applied.

Our flight school offers flight training from Introductory flight lesson to advanced certifications and flight reviews. Training can be done in one of our rental aircraft or in an aircraft of your own.

Our IFR capable Cessna 172N is equipped with some of the latest avionics technology- it boasts an Avidyne IFD550 WAAS GPS/Nav/Com with 3D Synthetic Vision, Terrain Alerting, audio call outs and the best FMS functionality on the market. It is technology that gives you the maximum situational awareness that helps make this one of the safest training aircraft to fly. It also has electronic AI and DG instruments to bring it into the modern era as well as to help maximize reliability. Available for instruction and rental. Rental requires checkride and sign off by an AARI instructor.

CFI/CFII Mike is a former fast jet pilot in the USAF and has many thousands of flying hours. Mikes schedule means he can only take 1 or 2 select students at a time but he can be available for Discovery Flights, safety pilot and Biennial Flight Reviews.
